Young people between the age from 15 to 24 account for more than one quarter of the world’s population. At 1.2 billion youth, they represent the largest group ever to enter the transition to adulthood. Over 85 percent of them live in developing countries and, in many places, they represent as much as 30 percent of the population. And the numbers keep growing.

YID is committed to contributing and raising children and youth wellbeing, advocating and supporting children and youth through developing creative programs and projects that contribute to solving the problems over making plans and strategies that are effective and methodological on the social, economic, environmental and political collision.

At YID we believe that educated and empowered youth can solve the world’s toughest problem and connect themselves with opportunities to transfer their lives. YID contribute and rise wellbeing of Youth, advocate, and support youth by developing programs and project which help to obtain capital to solve challenges affecting youth.
Our Focus
Our primary focus is to Reduce Poverty, Implement Education programs to achieve Universal Primary Education, Livelihood & Entrepreneurship Programs, and Promotes Practices of Sustainable Development in Tanzania Mainland.
Our strategies
Our strategy is a promise to vulnerable children and youth; The overall objective of the organization is to create an enabling environment for the children and youth to access education, skills and operate effectively and efficiently in the social and economic transformation of life.
This strategic plan outlines two important goals that the organization plans to reach by 2021:
>By 2021, “Increasing power and awareness to youth to solve their problems related to unemployment, exclusion, economic and connects them with opportunities to transform their lives by 30%”.
>By 2020, “Link 20% of Schools and College around our community with education programs”.

Working with young people around the world, we are having a huge impact since our programs inception. Here are some highlights in numbers from our Organization
Support on heath sector
We have reached 120 young Girls through Training on reproductive health and facilitated them with sanitary pads.
Education Support vulnerable children’s
YID has managed to coordinate about 250 vulnerable children in 20 schools and help them with leaning material, shoes and uniforms
Links youth with Entrepreneurship skills
YID has been able to link about 20,000 young people with entrepreneurship skills through training and radio spots.
We serve and Inspire community
We have Inspired about 500 young people through our voice and leadership program, putting them at the forefront of decisions that matter most to them, from communities to government.
We recognize collaboration is key
We have 10 Youth Inclusion & Development partners including 3 civil society partners, and 2 private sector organizations.

We had 500 readers on our social Media, platform where young people across the world can share their opinions and experiences.

YID Accountant
She possess accountant skills and finance management also leadership Management skills and she also Manage Organization Procurement issues. With the Nursing background she serve as a healthy advisory in our project especially project with vulnerable kids she advise of their health and steps to be taken.
